Seven Hills Developments is the real estate division of Health Care Relocations, a company that has been providing expertise exclusively to healthcare clients for two decades. Health Care Relocations provides pre-planning services, integrated master scheduling for all aspects of patient and equipment moves and executes the physical relocation.
Seven Hills was started in 1997. Its mandate is to manage Health Care Relocation’s existing real estate portfolio and to acquire and develop new properties. Acquisitions to date have included both existing buildings and vacant land. With our in-house expertise, we have redeveloped existing buildings and constructed new custom buildings to suit our tenant’s needs.
